• Free estimates are only available online and subject to change based on site assessment.
• To obtain a free estimate, provide the property’s address, photos, accessibility information, and a detailed description of the required service.
• If you opt for a paid site assessment, you will receive a quote from us. We guarantee the quote will remain the same unless you request additional services. If any price changes are necessary, we will inform you before carrying out the work and require your signature approval.
• The payment for the site assessment is required to be made upon completion of the evaluation.
• The cost of the site assessment will be deducted from the final quote that will be provided.
• Upon scheduling an appointment for a site assessment, one of our team members will promptly reach out to you within the next 24        hours to confirm the details of your appointment.
• In the event that you require emergency service, please reach out to us directly by dialing 778-938-6738.
• Emergency services and after-hours work require a minimum of four hours per technician and are billed at $150 per hour for weekend jobs and weekdays after 5 pm. These conditions apply to ensure efficient resource allocation and timely and effective service to our clients.
• By booking a site assessment, you agree to pay the assessment fees via E-transfer, cash, or cheque.
• Payment for all completed projects is required immediately upon the conclusion of the project. In the event of any delay in payment, a daily interest charge of 2% will be levied until the amount is paid in full. Non-payment according to the agreed-upon terms may result in your account being referred to a collections agency, which may adversely affect your credit score. Please ensure that all payments are made in a timely and appropriate manner.
• We exclusively accept payments through E-transfer, cheque, or cash. We do not accept any other forms of payment.
